Who We Are
Propanalyzer ("Propanalyzer," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered real estate investment analysis platform accessible at propanalyzer.com. Our platform helps real estate investors — both individual and professional — gather property data, run financial calculations, and generate investment analysis reports significantly faster than doing so manually.
We are incorporated and operate in the United States. This Privacy Policy governs our collection and use of information for all users across all U.S. states, and complies with applicable federal and state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Agreement to Policy
By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the platform, and information collected automatically by our technical systems.

When you initiate an analysis, you provide — and we store — the following through our AI chat interface:

- Property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built
- Repair estimates and property condition details
- Financing method, down payment, comps
- Investment profile: experience, timeline, strategy
2.3Payment & Credits Data
- Payment transaction records via PayPal (amount, date, ID)
- Credit balance and usage history
- Refund request records and outcomes
We do not store your full credit card number, PayPal login, or any raw payment credentials. All payment processing is handled within PayPal's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
2.4Technical & Usage Data
- IP addresses (server-side, for security & fraud prevention)
- Authentication tokens and session identifiers
- API request logs: timestamps, features, errors
- Device type, browser, OS version
- Pages visited and feature usage via Vercel Analytics
How We Use Your Information

Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
7.1 — Active Accounts
While active, we retain your account info, property analysis inputs, generated reports, and payment records to enable full platform functionality.
7.2 — After Account Deletion
When you submit a deletion request, we initiate a permanent purge. Within 30 to 90 days, all personally identifiable information — including your name, email, property analysis data, and payment records — will be permanently deleted. This is irreversible.
Fully anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement.
7.3 — Legal Hold
Notwithstanding the above, we may retain specific data beyond the standard retention period if required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or to resolve an active dispute or enforce our Terms of Service.
Deletion is permanent
Once your account deletion is confirmed, your data — including all saved analysis reports and remaining credits — cannot be recovered. Please download any reports you wish to keep before requesting deletion.

8.3 — How to Exercise Your Rights
Email support@propanalyzer.com with subject line "Privacy Request". Include your registered account email and a description of your request. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (90 days for complex requests).
Children's Privacy
Propanalyzer is primarily designed for adult real estate investors. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may access the platform only if a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these terms and provided verified consent prior to account creation.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Children under 13
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child under the age of 13 has created an account or provided personal information without your consent, contact us immediately at support@propanalyzer.com. We will promptly investigate and delete the relevant account and data.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards:
No system is completely immune
While we implement strong security measures, no method of data transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that materially affects your rights or data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, technology, applicable laws, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will:
